In the event of any claim or complaint against Peru Alive, our third-party providers, or any of our personnel, you must notify us as soon as possible by any available means. With this information, we will take immediate action to correct or amend any possible irregularity or negative impact on our clients. If necessary, we will also apply corresponding sanctioning actions.

If the client has any observations, opinions, recommendations, or comments about any aspect of our services that could help us improve, we are happy to listen and grateful for your contribution.
