You, traveler, if you have any physical or psychological limitations, or if you are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical prescription that could interfere with your participation in this service, you must notify us at the time of making your reservation. This allows us to evaluate your situation and assist you according to our possibilities. However, you are solely responsible for the risks that an activity of this nature may entail.

Our Guide or the Peru Alive Group Leader reserves the right to limit the traveler’s participation at any time during the trip (even at the time of reservation) if they determine that the traveler’s participation could worsen their health or endanger their integrity or that of the group. In such cases, there is no right to financial reimbursement in favor of the traveler.
