DESCRIPTION OF THE ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN CUSCO, CITY TOUR (CUSCO-HOTEL)
Depending on your flight schedule, when you arrive in Cusco, the Peru Alive transfer and our transport vehicle will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to a hotel near the center of the city of Cusco. You will then have the morning free to explore the ancient and traditional central area of the city.
At 12:30 PM, before lunch, our Peru Alive guide will pick you up from the hotel to enjoy a meal at a traditional restaurant near the city center. After that, we will take a walking tour of the central area of the Puma city, capital of the inka Empire (Cusco city), where we will visit the historic main square, the cultural plazuela, and the ancestral neighborhood of San Blas. We will also walk through the famous Inka Street of the 12 Angle Stone, the spiritual and sacred Catholic church of Cusco, the Cathedral, and the renowned inca temple "Qoricancha", also called "Inty Kancha". Additionally, we will stop at the mystical San Francisco plazuela, the ancient Nazarenas plazuela, and other important sacred sites in the central area of the city.

DAY 2: "SAQSAYWAMAN", "QENQO", "PUKA PUKARA", "TAMBOMACHAY", "CORY KANCHA" NATIVE COMMUNITY (CHINCHERO), FAMILY HOME.
After breakfast at the hotel, at 8 AM, our Peru Alive guide will pick you up from the hotel to explore the most important ancestral and sacred archaeological complexes around the capital of the inka Empire. We will visit the imposing sacred site of Saqsaywaman, the mystical altar to the Pachamama at Qenqo, the ancient red watchtower at Puka Pukara, and the natural and spiritual water fountains at Tambomachay.
We will then continue to the native community of Cory Kancha, near the sacred land of Chinchero. Upon arriving at the andean community, we will be warmly received by the local families. After that, we will have some free time to enjoy a short rest, followed by an experiential and in-depth introduction to the traditional customs and ancestral traditions of the native families in this community.
In the evening, we will share a soul-enriching peasant dinner with the families and spend the night in their family homes, fully immersing ourselves in their culture and way of life.

DAY 3: CHINCHERO, CULTURAL IMMERSION AND EXCHANGE - FAMILY HOME
Our host families in the native community, being wonderful hosts, will wake us up with a hot traditional tea or mate at dawn, around 6 AM. We will then have time to enjoy the mystical sunrise illuminating the sacred landscapes of the andean community. After that, we will do our personal hygiene routines, followed by a peasant breakfast with our host family.
Continuing on, we will have the opportunity to participate in their ancestral agricultural work activities, experiencing their traditional farming methods. Alternatively, we can simply explore the surroundings of the community, learning about and assimilating its culture, way of life, and spirituality.
At midday, we will share a peasant lunch with our family, accompanied by the sacred inka drink "Ak'ja", the famous "Chicha", a natural corn-based beverage similar to beer. We will then continue with experiential activities alongside our host community families.
In the afternoon, we will have a peasant dinner with our family and spend the night at their home, fully immersing ourselves in their ancient wisdom and traditions.

DAY 4: SACRED VALLEY, "CHINCHERO", "MARAS", "MORAY", "URUBAMBA" "OLLANTAYTAMBO", (HOTEL-URUBAMBA).
Once again, our host family will wake us up at the crack of dawn with a hot mate or tea, a traditional way to start the day in the andean highlands. We will then have time for personal grooming before enjoying a peasant breakfast, as a last act of sharing with our family.
At 8 a.m., we will take a short ancestral walk (10 minutes) to board our vehicles. Our journey begins at the magnificent sacred agricultural terraces of Chinchero and the colonial temple of the same name (30 minutes by vehicle). We will continue to the ancient site of Maras, followed by a visit to the Inka agricultural experimentation center of Moray (1 hour by vehicle), a place of wisdom and innovation in natural crop cultivation.
Continuing on, we will head towards the heart of the sacred valley, Urubamba, where we will stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant. From there, we will proceed through the sacred valley, making our way to the inka archaeological ceremonial complex of Ollantaytambo (40 minutes by vehicle). We will explore this mystical site for approximately 2 hours, connecting with its history, energy, and spirit.
After the journey, we will have free time to explore the Ollantaytambo artisan market, where we can discover ancestral crafts and cultural treasures. In the afternoon, we will head to our hotel in Urubamba (30 minutes by vehicle). In the evening, we will have free time to enjoy the town and have dinner at a local restaurant of our choice.

DAY 5: MACHU PICCHU FULL DAY —URUBAMBA.
Today, we will start our transformational journey early, around 5 AM. However, this schedule may vary depending on the availability of train tickets, as they tend to sell out quickly, making it difficult to have a fixed travel itinerary for both the outbound and return trips.
After breakfast (at 5:30 AM), we will board our vehicle and head to the train station to begin our sacred journey to the mystical town of Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, we will board the buses of the monopolistic company bound for the world-famous sacred site of Machu Picchu, one of the ancient wonders of the world (a 25-minute route by bus).
We will then proceed to the park entrance, beginning our guided tour within the sacred ancestral site, which can last approximately 2 hours, depending on the flow of travelers at that time. After the tour, we will have extra time to explore the spiritual and energetic areas of this holy Inka sanctuary on our own and continue capturing its breathtaking views.
Afterward, we will return to Aguas Calientes as a group. However, those who wish to trek and explore on their own for longer and plan to visit the sacred mountain of Huayna Picchu (requiring a $75 USD ticket) should return to Aguas Calientes preferably 2 hours before the scheduled train departure time. This will allow them time to enjoy their lunch (not included).
The return train journey from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo will take approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, we will board our vehicle, which will take us to a hotel in the sacred valley, where we can relax and reflect on our life-changing experience.

DAY 6: VISIT TO THE SACRED HUACA "KINSA PACHA PUNKU" (DOOR TO THE THIRD DIMENSION), OFFERING AND WORKSHOP ON ANDEAN-AMAZONIAN SPIRITUALITY. (NIGHT ON BUS - JOURNEY TO PUNO).
After a delicious traditional breakfast, we will pick you up at 8:30 AM to transfer by vehicle to the sacred Soqma route. Here, we will begin a short ancestral trek (approximately 30 minutes) to reach the ceremonial site, where we will have a spiritual session on Andean wisdom and energy practices, guided by a Paqo (Andean shaman). This transformational experience includes a ceremonial offering to the Pachamama and the tutelary Apus of the area, connecting us with the soul of the Andean world.
Afterward, we will enjoy a box lunch, taking in the natural surroundings. We will then continue to explore the area, further immersing ourselves in its mystical energy, before resuming our trek for 30 minutes. At the end of our journey, we will board our vehicle and return to the hotel.
In the evening, we will share a group dinner at a local restaurant, a moment of cultural exchange and reflection on our life-changing journey.
At 9 PM, we will board our vehicle to travel to the city of Puno, embarking on an overnight journey of approximately 8 hours, as we prepare for the next chapter of our spiritual pilgrimage.

DAY 7: PUNO: VISIT TO THE SACRED HUACA OF FERTILITY (NIGHT - HOTEL).
Upon arriving at dawn in the sacred city of Puno, we will head to our hotel. Once there, we will leave our belongings and begin our personal morning rituals. At 8 AM, we will enjoy a traditional breakfast at a local restaurant.
At 9 AM, we will take a short journey by vehicle along the southern route to visit the ancestral Inka fertility temple. Here, we will have a transformational presentation about the sacred energy and function of this holy place in the Andean cosmovision and tradition, which is still alive in the spiritual and daily practices of a sector of the indigenous Andean people.
After midday, we will return to the center of the city of Puno, where we will have lunch at a local restaurant (not included). Later, we will have free time to explore the cultural and mystical essence of this sacred destination, discovering its traditional streets, ancient sites, or simply resting and recharging energy at the hotel.
In the evening, we will gather for a group dinner at a local restaurant in the central area of Puno, sharing reflections on our spiritual journey and the profound wisdom of the Andean world.

DAY 8: LAKE "TITICACA", FLOATING ISLAND OF "UROS", ISLAND OF "TAQUILE" (NIGHT AT FAMILY HOME).
After a delicious traditional breakfast at our hotel, at 7:30 AM, we will walk for approximately 15 minutes to the port of Lake Titicaca, where we will board a motorized boat to travel across the sacred waters of the highest navigable lake in the world. Our first destination will be the floating island of the Uros, where we will have time to explore the ancestral culture and enjoy the beauty of the locals' handicrafts, a reflection of their Andean wisdom and connection to the spirit of the lake.
Continuing our journey on the mystical waters of Titicaca, we will travel by boat to another sacred island called Amantani. Here, we will have the opportunity to enjoy the day's typical Andean menu at a traditional island restaurant. Afterward, we will visit the home of our host families, settling in for an experiential stay with a local native family, in basic yet meaningful accommodation, allowing for a deep cultural immersion.
In the afternoon, we will trek to the island's sacred mountain to visit the Pacha Tata Temple, a holy site where we will witness the sacred sunset, a moment of spiritual connection and appreciation for the phenomenal views of the Andean landscapes.
Then, we will return to our host families' homes to share a traditional family dinner, followed by a ceremonial gathering—a small ancestral celebration with the local families, where we will experience traditional music and dance.
We will spend the night at our host families' homes, providing a life-changing opportunity to immerse ourselves in the daily life, customs, and spiritual traditions of the indigenous people of the sacred lake.

DAY 9: LAKE "TITICACA", ISLAND OF "AMANTANI", PACHA TATA TEMPLE (HOTEL - PUNO
At sunrise, we will enjoy a hot tea as a wake-up ritual, followed by time for personal grooming while admiring the natural beauty of the sacred island and the mystical waters of Lake Titicaca. At 7 AM, we will share a traditional breakfast with our host family, embracing the Andean way of life.
Continuing the journey, we will walk for about 15 minutes to the lake port on the island, where we will board our boat bound for the next sacred destination, the island of Taquile. This ancestral island is renowned for its ancient textile traditions, featuring multicolored weavings and a deeply rooted Andean culture that embodies sustainability and spiritual wisdom.
We will have the opportunity to explore the island’s sacred paths, immersing ourselves in its energy and Andean traditions. Later, we will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant by the sacred waters of Lake Titicaca, where we can continue to experience the transformational essence of the Andean world.
Continuing our spiritual journey, we will board our boat again to return to the cultural heart of the Andean South, the city of Puno, arriving at 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, we will head to our hotel, and you will have a free afternoon to explore the cultural sites, ancestral traditions, and sacred places of Puno, or simply rest and recharge for the next part of this life-changing travel experience.

DAY 10: RETURN HOME OR FLIGHT TO LIMA (END OF TOUR)
